Nina Pohn Baroque violin Viola d’amore

Sensitive musicality and technical brilliance – the fascination of Nina Pohn

The young violinist Nina Pohn has a special focus on historically informed performance and is a special prize winner of the International H.I.F. Biber Competition 2019 and was awarded the Heinrich Gleißner Promotional Prize in 2016.

She is a member of several renowned ensembles and co-founder oft he ensemble Galimathias musicum.

In 2021, her debut CD “Minoriten-Codex“ was released with great public acclaim.

Additionally, the versatile musician has also discovered a love of the viola d`amore, establishing herself as a sought-after performer of this special instrument.
